Hi, thanks for the fabulous flowers delivered to my sister within the hospital on the same day. The only suggestion is maybe a choice of the type of Ballon add on, a get well soon balloon was included in the bouquet, I would have preferred a smiley face as sister has terminal cancer. I should have requested in the notes - so either a prompt for which balloon or a choice off add on would be awesome. Otherwise fabulous service & generous flowers, thankyou team.
