The customer service was wonderful, content on Facebook and instagram was helpful in deciding which bunch to pick as a first time customer. The petite harakeke wrapped bright fowers (huge...not petite lol) and chocolate gift box were on a whole other level, and felt indulgent and lavish. My sister enjoyed everything! Will definitely be a returning customer. The only thing I'd suggest is adding photos of each size to the website so you can get a better idea of how big each bunch is, but the content on facebook is very helpful. Thank you :)

Gorgeous flowers! I wish I could share a photo. My sister loved them, very bright and nice colour palette. The harakeke wrap is sturdy, stunning and reusable. Purchased the petite size and despite the name, the whole thing was huge. Would be handy to have had different photos of each size bunch on the website, but got a good idea from the facebook videos. We also got the smallest chocolate gift basket which she loved, had whittakers, tim tams, all her favourites. Customer service is unmatched, helpful and friendly. We found our new regular :)

Ordered 2 corsages for my 2 sisters' Year 13 ball. They were beautiful and extremely sturdy. Easy to put on and comes with instructions. They stayed intact the whole night. Great communication and such an easy ordering process.

Hi, thanks for the fabulous flowers delivered to my sister within the hospital on the same day. The only suggestion is maybe a choice of the type of Ballon add on, a get well soon balloon was included in the bouquet, I would have preferred a smiley face as sister has terminal cancer. I should have requested in the notes - so either a prompt for which balloon or a choice off add on would be awesome. Otherwise fabulous service & generous flowers, thankyou team.
